Client Business Analyst

Position: Client Business Analyst

Classification: Part-time leading to Full-Time OR Independent Contract

Hours: 20-40 hours Monday – Friday (with some weekend hours as needed). Working remotely from home.

Reports to: Mara Shorr and Jay Shorr

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

  • Work as a liaison for Shorr Solutions’ cosmetic, aesthetic and plastic surgery client accounts
  • Create client business plans for new cosmetic medical practices
  • Analyze financial statements, including P&L, credit card processing, patient financing and supply cost statements for medical practice clients
  • Create client compensation models
  • Assist Shorr Solutions clients in the opening of their new practices
  • Assist Shorr Solutions clients in the sale of their existing medical practices
  • Create and manage cosmetic practice business protocols, systems and processes
  • Run client payroll, as needed
  • Review client vendor contracts
  • Review client profitability and optimization of processes
  • Ability to analyze cosmetic medical practice vendor contracts
  • Communicate with clients based on their individual needs
  • Conduct regular video call meetings with clients
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation: Negotiable

Health Insurance: None – Stipend of up to $200/month for health insurance policy for employee if the employee is a full-time employee of Shorr Solutions. (Health insurance receipt required)

Employee Travel to Conferences:

All travel and tuition expenses paid to attend at least one company-chosen industry conference per year with conference leadership for educational purposes

PTO Vacation and Holiday Pay: Standard employee benefits upon completion of the 90-day probationary period of full-time employment:

  • 90 days to 1 year: Accrue 3.08 hours per pay period (minimum 180 day wait period before PTO is paid).
  • Year 1: 10 working days maximum
  • Years 2: 12 working days maximum
  • Years 3: 15 working days maximum
  • **Years 4 and on: PTO days would increase at an increment of 1 additional day per year

Holidays

The following paid holidays are recognized by Shorr Solutions and are available to full-time, salaried employees normally scheduled to work, after completion of the ninety (90) day probationary period of employment.

  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Marketing Intern

Position: Marketing Intern

Classification: Internship

Hours: 20 hours/week, Monday – Friday. Working remotely from home.

Reports to: Mara Shorr

Start Date: Flexible

*Note: We are consistently looking for marketing interns during the fall, spring, and summer semesters.

Job Description:

  • Assists with the creation and scheduling of social media postings
  • Writes blog posts for the website
  • Implements website updates using WordPress
  • Assists with the creation of marketing tools such as templates, SEO, digital presentations, etc.
  • Checks HARO leads and passes along information to leadership team
  • Works on implementing client mystery calls.
  • Work with company leadership to develop protocol documents in Word documents and Excel spreadsheets for Shorr Solutions’ clients.
  • Regularly review ShorrSolutions.com
  • Importing contacts into Constant Contact
  • Transcribing podcast episodes
  • Organizing excel worksheets
  • Creating Protocol Libraries and inputting documents into Dropbox folders
  • Integrating processes and technology platforms through Zapier technology (which we will teach you)
  • Support company leadership with light administrative tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation: Negotiable
