Marketing & Administrative Assistant

Position: Marketing & Administrative Assistant

Classification: Part-Time

Hours: 20-25 hrs/wk, Mon. – Fri. Working remotely from home.

Reports to: Denise Lee (Project Manager)

Job Description:

  • Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media posts (includes designing graphics, creating videos and writing captions)
  • Assist with the execution of email marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Log client meeting notes and task updates to Monday.com
  • Support company leadership and managers with administrative tasks
  • Write blog posts for the website
  • Add new events, videos, blog posts, articles, webinars, podcast episodes, etc. to our website
  • Assist with creation of presentations for conferences
  • Draft marketing reports and review marketing analytics with management for improvements
  • Assist with creation and implementation of digital marketing strategy
  • Help perform client mystery calls.
  • Work with company leadership to develop protocol for Shorr Solutions’ clients and help update/maintain Tool Kit
  • Update email marketing list and import contacts into Constant Contact
  • Transcribe podcast episodes
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation: Will negotiate.

Health Insurance: None as this is a part-time position.

PTO Vacation and Holiday Pay:

Based on length of service:

0-3 years = 1 hour PTO for every 26 hours worked

3-5 years = 1 hour PTO for every 17 hours worked

After 5 years = 1 hour PTO for every 13 hours worked

Self-Care Reimbursement: $30/mo. reimbursement stipend for your self-care. This includes gym membership or fitness classes, a healthy meal subscription program, massages/facials, etc.

Hours: 20 hours/week, Monday – Friday. Working remotely from home.

*Note: We are consistently looking for marketing interns during the fall, spring and summer semesters.
