Lisa Marie Wark, MBA is an aesthetic practice management coach with over fifteen years experience in the aesthetic medical industry and a previous owner/operator of a highly regarded medical aesthetics spa and women’s wellness center. Currently, she is earning a PhD in organization psychology creating a unique advantage by being one of the most qualified consultants, in both experience and education, in the medical aesthetics industry.
In addition to her extensive business acumen with a master’s in Business Administration and having been an owner of a high-end medical spa, she offers evidence-based and high-performance coaching in leadership, talent recruitment, employee development, team building, and organizational change.
Lisa has served with distinction over the last decade on the Nevada Board of Dental Examiners as well as the American Board of Dental Examiners. She has been on the Practice Management Faculty at the American Society of Aesthetics Plastic Surgery, Vegas Cosmetic Surgery & Aesthetic Dermatology Conference, The Aesthetic Show, The Aesthetic Academy, The MedAesthetics Association as well as a regular lecturer on contemporary marketing practices at the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine. This, along with her successful career in producing business and marketing plans for health and medical industry start-ups, enables her to approach every aspect of a practice with an expert analysis of how to take the practice to the next level.
