Position: Client Business Analyst

Hours:  20-40 hours Monday – Friday, with some weekend hours, as needed, working remotely from home

Reports to: Mara Shorr and Jay Shorr

Classification:        Part-time leading to Full-Time OR Independent Contract

Job Description:

  • Work as a liaison for Shorr Solutions’ cosmetic, aesthetic and plastic surgery client accounts
  • Communicate with clients based on their individual needs
  • Create client business plans for new cosmetic medical practices
  • Analyze financial statements, including P&L, credit card processing, patient financing and supply cost statements for medical practice clients
  • Create and manage cosmetic practice business protocols, systems and processes
  • Ability to analyze cosmetic medical practice vendor contracts
  • Other duties as assigned

Position: Marketing Intern

Hours:  10-20 hours/week, Monday – Friday, working remotely from home

Reports to: Mara Shorr

Classification:  Internship

Our Internal (Culture and Business Development)

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Create and send weekly e-blasts to client database through Constant Contact
  • Write week company blog posts
  • Weekly website updates using WordPress
  • Coordinate client mystery caller program
  • Create and schedule social media postings: Facebook and Instagram, including some graphic creation
  • Support company leadership with administrative tasks and light clerical data entry
  • Follow up with social media followers to schedule time to speak with company leadership
  • Create leadflows within the company’s CRM system to strengthen the follow-up/drip campaign
  • Assist in social media management

General Overview:

  • Have a strong ability to be creative and think outside of the box!
  • Core characteristics: Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, self-starter, resourceful, well-spoken.
  • Strive to make someone else’s day easier.
  • When you are responsible for a task, do it right the first time and on deadline!
  • Prior marketing experience is requested
  • Don’t be afraid to offer insight from your past experience to put new systems into place.

Preferred Experience:

  • High school degree required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, WordPress, Instagram and Facebook
  • Must have some previous marketing/sales experience, including university courses and/or real-life business experience
  • We’d love to grow the position with your specific skillset!
