Client Success Manager
Classification: Full-Time or Independent Contract
Hours: 40 hours Monday – Friday (Remote)
Reports to: Jay Shorr (CEO & Founder) and Ana Suarez (Director of Client Development)

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management or Accounting
- Knowledge of how to analyze and interpret the findings of an aesthetic practice’s P&L statement like the back of their hand!
- Ability to expertly review contracts and negotiate for better deals
Job Description:
- Meet with clients for one-on-one coaching calls to strengthen the administrative, operational and financial areas of their practice
- Create client business plans for new and existing aesthetic practices
- Analyze financial statements, including P&L, credit card processing, patient financing and supply cost statements for clients and provide recommendations and strategies to increase profits
- Create staff compensation models for clients
- Assist clients in the opening of their new practices
- Assist clients in the financial valuation for sale of their existing practices
- Create policies, protocols and procedures to optimize processes in clients’ offices
- Run client payroll, as needed
- Review client vendor contracts and provide expert feedback for cost saving potential and/or negotiation
- Communicate with clients based on their individual needs
- Conduct regular and scheduled video coaching meetings with clients
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. 2 year experience reviewing and analyzing the financials of an aesthetic practice (surgical/non-surgical) or med spa
- Min. 2 year experience working as a Practice Manager, Administrator, Owner or Consultant for an aesthetic practice (surgical/non-surgical) or med spa
Compensation: Negotiable
Health Insurance:
Full-time employees are eligible for a stipend of up to $200/month for health insurance policy (health insurance receipt required).
Employee Travel to Conferences:
All travel and tuition expenses paid to attend at least one designated industry conference per year with leadership for educational purposes.
Paid Time Off (PTO):
Shorr Solutions does not separate between vacation time and sick time. All time is to be determined as “PTO” and is determined based on the length of service:
Accrued by monthly days per payroll period:
0-3 Years Full-Time = 10 Days of PTO
3-5 Years Full-Time = 15 Days of PTO
After 5 Years Full-Time = 20 Days of PTO
Holidays:
After completion of the 90-day probationary period, full-time employees are eligible to receive 6 holidays off per year with pay:
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
July 4th
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
Retirement Plan:
Full-time employees are eligible for a 401 (K) retirement plan with 100% employer match on the first 6% of the employee’s salary. One year and 1,000 hours of service are required before plan fully vests.
Self-Care Reimbursement:
Full-time employees receive a $30/mo. reimbursement stipend for self-care. This includes gym membership or fitness classes, a healthy meal subscription program, massages/facials, etc.
